Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the preview?

Very close. It uses the same black-and-white conversion we send to the laser. Natural leather varies, so tone and depth may differ slightly.

What happens to my photo?

While you design, the photo never leaves your device. When you order, we receive it only to make your gift and delete it automatically 14 days after delivery.

Which photos work best?

Sharp, well-lit photos where faces fill most of the frame. Busy backgrounds can be removed with one tap in the editor.

How long does delivery take?

We engrave within 1–2 business days. Tracked delivery usually takes 4–9 days depending on your country.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made just for you, so they can’t be returned — unless they arrive damaged or don’t match your approved preview. Then we’ll remake or refund it.

Can I engrave handwriting?

Yes! Write with a black pen on white paper, take a photo in good light, and upload it. The editor keeps the ink and drops the paper.
