Orders and payment

Prices are shown in the selected currency including applicable taxes. Payment is taken by card through iyzico when you place your order. The contract is concluded when we send your order confirmation.

Personalized goods and right of withdrawal

All our products are made to your specifications (your photo, text or design). Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods. You confirm this before paying.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the content you upload. We may refuse — and refund — designs that infringe copyright or are unlawful or hateful.

Preview

The on-site preview is a close simulation. Natural leather varies, so tone, contrast and depth may differ slightly; this is not a defect.

Defects

If your item arrives damaged or clearly differs from the preview you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake it free of charge or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery, customs and duties

We ship from Turkey. For deliveries outside Turkey, import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country on delivery.

Disputes

Turkish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
